Medium and Low Temperature Cement Retarder DS-34L

Description and Primary Function:

DS-34L is a kind of light red liquid which can retard the cement obviously under medium and low temperature. Its dosage shows a linear relationship with the cement slurry’s thickening time. It helps the cement slurry get a right-angle in the thickening curve and helps the cement stone to achieve good compressive strength quickly. Solved the problem caused by the unsteady cement under low temperature by long time such as prolonging the drilling cycle and cost.

Interaction with Other Additives:

It is compatible with other additives, adapt to all kinds of water.

Method of Application:

Mixed in water.

Packing and Storage:

Storage in high density polyethylene bucket. Store in a cool place, avoid putting together with other materials. Keep it away from a long-time direct sunshine, ignition sources and heat. Two years of storage period. If overdue, need to retest before use it.

Precautions:

Wear appropriate protective clothing and safety gloves. Avoid inhalation. Do not contact with eyes, skin and clothing. When it contacts skin and eyes, rinse with clean water for 15 minutes. If inhaled, move to fresh air. If swallowed, immediately wash out mouth with warm water and call a physician.
