Oil Well Cement Retarder HX-36L

Product Introduction and Main Functions:

The cement retarder for oil well, Ethylene Propylene Amine Polymer HX-36L, is a light red liquid. This product exhibits a significant retarding effect on cement slurry, and the thickening time is linearly related to the dosage, with the thickening curve showing a "right-angled" shape. It leads to fast early strength development in cement stone and is suitable for long casing in high-temperature differential well conditions, without excessive retardation at the top of the casing section (>60°C temperature difference).

HX-36L also has a certain dispersing effect.

Compatibility with Other Additives:

It has good compatibility with other additives and can be used in various water qualities and saturated brine solutions.

Usage:

Mix HX-36L into the mixing water.

Packaging and Storage:

Store in high-density polyethylene drums. Keep the product in a cool place, away from prolonged direct sunlight, and avoid exposure to open flames and heat sources. Do not mix with other items. The shelf life is two years. If it exceeds the storage period, it must be retested and approved before use.

Operating Precautions:

Wear protective clothing and gloves, and avoid inhalation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. If skin contact occurs when using this product, wash the skin thoroughly with soap or plenty of clean water for more than 15 minutes. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with flowing clean water for more than 15 minutes. In case of inhalation or ingestion, immediately leave the scene, breathe fresh air or rinse the mouth with warm water, and seek medical attention.
