Cement Fluid-Loss Additive HX-11L

Description and Primary Function:

HX-11L is a kind of non-retarded polymers gel-like fluid-loss additive. It is dissolved in water by pump-shear and suitable to be used in salt water cement slurry system. The cement slurry has the characteristics of fluid-loss-control, low viscosity and good rheological properties. It can improve the compactness, increase impact-resistant toughness, reduce permeability of the cement stone, and enhance the quality of salt-gypsum formation cementing.

Secondary Effects:

Reduce the modulus elasticity of the cement stone.

Interaction with Other Additives:

It is compatible with other additives, adapt to all kinds of water.

Method of Application:

Mixed in water and treated on pump-shear.

Packing and Storage:

Storage in high density polyethylene bucket. Store in a cool place, avoid putting together with other materials. Keep it away from a long-time direct sunshine, ignition sources and heat. Two years of storage period. If overdue, need to retest before use it.

Precautions:

Wear appropriate protective clothing and safety gloves. Avoid inhalation. Do not contact with eyes, skin and clothing. When it contacts skin and eyes, rinse with clean water for 15 minutes. If inhaled, move to fresh air. If swallowed, immediately wash out mouth with warm water and call a physician.
