Cement Fluid-Loss Additive FS-23L

Description and Primary Function:

FS-23L is a new-type macromolecule polymers. It has excellent fluid-loss-control and avoids the cement slurry to lost fluidity under high temperature. FS-23L forms small micelles when it dissolves in water, fill cement pores and has a certain effect on anti-gas channeling. It has a good dispersing effect. The slurry with it has the characteristics of low viscosity, good rheological property, and little effects on both thickening time and strength.

Secondary Effects:

Reduce the modulus elasticity and increase impact-resistant toughness of cement stone.

Interaction with Other Additives:

It is compatible with other additives, adapt to all kinds of water.

Method of Application:

Mixed in water and treated on pump-shear.

Packing and Storage:

Storage in high density polyethylene bucket. Store in a cool place, avoid putting together with other materials. Keep it away from a long-time direct sunshine, ignition sources and heat. Two years of storage period. If overdue, need to retest before use it.

Precautions:

Wear appropriate protective clothing and safety gloves. Avoid inhalation. Do not contact with eyes, skin and clothing. When it contacts skin and eyes, rinse with clean water for 15 minutes. If inhaled, move to fresh air. If swallowed, immediately wash out mouth with warm water and call a physician.
