High-temperature cement

NP3-81 Well 177.8mm Tail Pipe Cementing: Well depth 5939m, cementing section length 2200m, bottom temperature 220°C, temperature difference between top and bottom 81.4°C. Low-density water-based cement slurry with a density of 1.60g/cm³ was used for cementing in the upper section, and conventional-density water-based cement slurry was used for cementing in the bottom section.

NP2-90 Well: Longest recorded cementing section for 114.3mm tail pipe in Jidong Oilfield: Well depth 5505m, cementing section length 1500m. Bottom temperature 210°C, top temperature 140°C. Low-density microsphere water-based cement slurry with a density of 1.60g/cm³ was used for cementing in the upper section, and conventional-density water-based cement slurry was used for cementing in the bottom section.

TS5 Well 177.8mm Tail Pipe Cementing: Well depth 9017m, casing depth 8960m, cementing section length 1670m, bottom temperature 179°C. Low-density water-based cement slurry with a density of 1.30g/cm³ was used for cementing in the upper formation.
