Anti-Migration Cement Slurry System

The addition of composite anti-migration materials to cement slurry can produce a shielding effect on local stresses in cement stone, thereby improving the mechanical properties of cement stone. This includes increasing the impact toughness, reducing the elastic modulus, and increasing the Poisson's ratio. When used in oil well cement, this technology significantly enhances the cement ring's resistance to perforation, fracturing, and impact, thus extending the lifespan of oil and gas wells. Simultaneously, it improves the stability of the cement slurry, reduces free fluid, increases the compactness of the cement stone to prevent corrosion, enhances bonding strength, and accelerates the early strength development of cement stone, making it suitable for sealing long well sections. This system has been extensively applied in the Tarim Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield, and Sichuan-Chongqing shale gas block, demonstrating excellent effectiveness in preventing gas and water migration and ensuring high-quality well cementing.
