On June 20, 2015, The Well Cementation Of Key Exploratory Well Of Tahe Oilfield Northwest Bureau -- Well TS4 Of 177.8mm Tail Pipe -- Was Completed The Well Is The Key Exploratory Well Of Sinopec Northwest Petroleum Bureau And The Technical Services Are Provided By OMAX Northwest Project Management Department. It Adopts The OMAX System Of Cement Slurry With High Temperature Resistance And Ultra-Low Density (1.25SG), And The Well Cementation Quality Is Good Tested By SBT, Which Is Approved And Praised By The Leaders Of Sinopec Northwest Petroleum Bureau.

Well TS4 Is An Exploratory Well Of Sinopec Northwest Petroleum Bureau. The Completed Well In The Third Drilling Of This Well Cementation Is 6,080m Deep. The 215.9mm Drill Is Put Into The Well For The Suspension Well Cementation Of The 177.8mm Tail Pipe. The Temperature Of The Shaft Bottom Is 123℃ By Electrical Test. Leakage Has Always Existed In The Process Of Drilling. The Oil And Gas Upwelling Speed Before Well Cementation Is 7.8m/H. The Well Cementation Encounters A Series Of Technical Problems Such As Small Annulus Gap, High Risks Of Leakage And Blowout, Cement Slurry With Low Density And The Influence Of The Thin Cement Sheath On Well Cementation Quality. In Order To Reduce The Construction Risk, Improve Cementation Quality And Solve The Technical Problems, Reasonable Technical Service Schemes Are Developed For The Well Under The Control Of Technical Leaders And The Technical Support Of Company Headquarters. Three Technical Schemes Of Cement Slurry (1.10SG, 1.20SG And 1.25SG) Are Prepared Using The OMAX System Of Cement Slurry With High Temperature Resistance And Ultra-Low Density. According To The Completed Drilling Conditions, System Of Cement Slurry 1.25SG Is Finally Selected, Combined With A Series Of Technical Measures Such As Well Cleaning By Sand-Carrying Fiber, “Low Viscosity And High Cut” Washing Spacer Fluid, “Turbulent Flow Spacer Fluid” And “Plug Flow Spacer Fluid”, And Variable Displacement. Construction Of Well Cementation Was Successfully Completed On June 20, 2015, And The Cementation Quality Is Good Tested By SBT, Highly Approved By Party A.
